Grammy Nominated Singer/Songwriter Todd Dulaney hails from the great state of Chicago, IL. At the age of 18, Dulaney was drafted by the New YorkMets. After heeding to the voice of the Lord, he left that world behind to pursue a career as a Gospel recording artist. Since accepting that call, Dulaney has released 4 albums: Pulling Me Through; A Worshipper’s Heart; Your Great Name and To Africa With Love: Live in Cape TownSouth Africa. Dulaney is a Stellar Award Winner and has also been nominated for Billboard Music Awards; Dove Awards and a 2017
Grammy nomination for Album of The Year. Dulaney won Praise and Worship Album of the Year for “Your Great Name” at the 2019 Stellar Awards. His sophomore album and its debut single, “The Anthem”, both went to #1 on the Billboard charts, resulting in Dulaney being named Billboard’s New Gospel Artist of the Year in 2016. His powerful single, “You’re Doing It All Again” yielded Dulaney yet another # 1 single at Gospel radio in September of 2019.
At the top of 2020, Todd released a new EP and went on the record to say “this next wave of music fromme will be what I’m remembered for” as he vows to lead listeners “BACK TO THE BOOK”. Each song onthis EP is extracted directly from Biblical Scriptures laced over creative, soul stirring music. “Back to The Book” debuted with 6 positions on the Billboard chart after its first week of release (#1, #2, #3 on the Gospel Billboard digital songs. The lead single “Psalms 18” hit Number 1 on Billboard Gospel Airplay andMediabase Gospel Airplay and has amassed over 5 million streams.
Although 2020 proved to be an unprecedented year, that did not stop Dulaney from working on his craft. He is continuing in his desire to bring scripture to life in his music. Dulaney released “Anthems & Glory” in the summer of 2021, which quickly climbed the charts . His single ”Satisfied “ featured his mentor and influence , Pastor Smokie Norful. Dulaney continues to sing words directly from the scripture and creating anthemic songs that are ministering to audiences worldwide. The lyrics in his songs point vertically and focuses on the power and greatness of God.
Dulaney is a proud husband to Kenyetta Dulaney and father of five. His love for God, his family, and music are the forces that drive him to work tirelessly to create and leave a meaningful legacy. While Dulaney is beyond grateful for his success, his determination to remain innovative and on the cutting age with his approach to worshipping God and engaging listeners to do the same remains fervent. In the summer of 2021, he launched an virtual music production company. As Dulaney continues to release anthemic music, his 5th Live Recording “The Journey Continues” recordedin September of 2022 was an epic night of worship. Dulaney released his first single, a powerful collaboration with gospel icon, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, in January of 2023. “ It’s Working” combines contemporary praise and worship with traditional choir music, it is another chart topper.
